Duriel Taylor
A native to Miami, FL; where he was raised by a single mother. He personally witnessed his mother’s daily struggles; from non-financial stability to limited resources of food, in addition, adequate shelter at times. At the age of twelve years old, he was granted an innocent prayer that only kids can request, a sibling, in which he received two brothers, twins. Unfortunately, one of the twins did not make it due to a premature birth and unpropitious health conditions to the remaining twin, his brother Tyre. Duriel attended nine different schools throughout his grammar school years. Under these circumstances, he decided at a very young age not to cause unnecessary stress to his mother.
Duriel made and kept a personal promise with himself to never find himself in any legal issues with the law and continue his education after high school. While in high school he had worked alongside with his relatives in the real estate industry. Upon graduating from high school, he was accepted into Florida International University, where he thrived and obtained his Bachelor's of the Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate and a minor in Economics. For the past fifteen years he has acquired and sold real estate as a homeowner, an investor, in addition, he has provided services as a project manager, asset management, home inspector consultant and a licensed realtor. Duriel has done exciting things in the real estate industry from wholesaling, rehabbing homes, acquisition of rental income assets, asset management, project manager and property management.
Duriel has earned certifications from top real estate training institutions, such as National Association of Realtors (NAR), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). His certifications include; e-PRO, Calculating Value for Investment and Rental Properties, Developing Commercial Real Estate, Structural Issues, Residential Plumbing, Foundational Walls-Piers, Moisture Intrusion, and HVAC System to name a few. During his career in real estate, he has met individuals who want to get started in real estate or have common questions and by his instinctive trait he always helps. Duriel has a rare attentiveness about him. His willingness to help others stem from his childhood, that even to the day, Duriel is a caregiver to his special needs brother. He is on a mission to bring down the barriers for people that are perplexed with the industry, terminology, strategies, and their best interest.
